Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies Recipe

Chocolate lovers will appreciate these fudgy, delectable Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies. Fudgy brownies with peanut butter and little Reese's cups!  

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES – 130 g granulated sugar – 130 g brown sugar – 3 large eggs room temperature – 90 g butter melted – 75 g dark chocolate chip – 70 g oil canola or vegetable – 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract – 75 g all-purpose flour – 35 g cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon cornstarch – ½ teaspoon salt – 100 g smooth peanut butter for in the middle of the brownie – 15 Reese’s mini peanut butter cups for in the middle of the brownie DECORATION – 50 g peanut butter drizzle over the brownie with it after it’s baked – 15 Reese’s mini peanut butter cups for decorating with it after it’s baked


For normal ovens, preheat to 160ºC/320ºF. Line 20x20 cm pan with parchment paper. Melt butter and add chocolate chunks. Melt smooth.  

Step 1


Mix flour, cocoa, cornstarch, and salt. Use an electric hand mixer to beat eggs, brown sugar, and granulated sugar for 4 minutes until light and fluffy. Add melted butter, chocolate, oil, and vanilla to the batter.  

Step 2

Slowly add flour mixture into batter on lowest speed. Scrape basin sides with spatula.  

Step 3

Spread half the batter in the baking pan with a spatula. To thin peanut butter, microwave it for 1 minute. Spread peanut butter on brownie batter.   

Step 4

Slice 15 little peanut butter cups in half. Balance the brownie batter with the other half. Bake 45-50 minutes.  

Step 5

Just after baking, add extra peanut butter and halve peanut butter cups. Cool it fully on a rack. Let cool before serving.
