Delicious Mini Egg Brownies Recipe

Mini Egg Brownies are delicious, fudgy, and gooey. Small chocolate eggs make them spring-friendly. Making this tiny egg brownie is easy and will become a family favorite. The ideal Easter dessert.  

– 125 g butter – 125 g dark chocolate chip – 100 g brown sugar – 100 g granulated sugar – 2 eggs room temperature – 2 teaspoon vanilla extract – 150 g all-purpose flour – 2 tablespoon cocoa powder – ½ teaspoon salt – 100 g mini egg goes into batter – 50 g mini eggs sprinkled on top


Start by preheating the oven to 160ºC /325ºF. Use parchment paper to line a 20x20 centimeter pan. Melt and mix butter and chocolate.

Combine brown and granulated sugar in a separate bowl. Pour melted butter and chocolate over it and mix with a hand whisk.  

Step 2

Mix each egg until blended. To get the crinkle top, whisk them for 1-2 minutes after incorporation. Whisk in the vanilla essence.  

Step 3

Add the dry ingredients to the batter and mix gently. Crush small eggs into various sizes. Combine them with brownie batter and gently fold.  

Step 4

Smooth the brownie batter in the pan using a spatula. Top brownie batter with crumbled tiny eggs. Bake for 40–45 minutes. Allow it to cool completely on a rack. Allow to cool before serving.
