Easy Dairy Free Brownies Recipe

Chocolate lovers will appreciate these fudgy dairy-free brownies. These fudgy brownies are baked with vegetable oil and melted chocolate. They have a crackly top and deep chocolate flavor.  

– 130 g granulated sugar – 130 g brown sugar – 3 large eggs room temperature – 150 g dark chocolate chip – 110 g oil canola or vegetable – 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract – 75 g all-purpose flour – 35 g cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon cornstarch – ½ teaspoon salt – A sprinkle of sea salt


Start by preheating the oven to 160ºC /325ºF. Use parchment paper to line a 20x20 centimeter pan. While making the other ingredients, melt and cool the chocolate.  

Step 1


Sift all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, brown sugar, and granulated sugar with an electric hand mixer until light and frothy for 4 minutes.   

Step 2

Mix melted chocolate, vegetable oil, and vanilla essence into the batter. Mix the dry ingredients into the batter on medium speed. Use a spatula to scrape the bowl sides to ensure everything is mixed.  

Step 3

Smooth the brownie batter in the prepared baking pan with a spatula. Pre-heat the oven and bake the brownie for 45–50 minutes. Allow to cool before serving. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
