Easy Oreo Cheesecake Brownies Recipe

Oreo fans will love these fudgy brownies. Oreo cheesecake brownies. In the brownie batter and on top are cheesecake and crushed Oreos! Oreo, chocolate, and cheesecake flavor with a crackly top.  

CHEESECAKE FILLING – 50 g granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon cornstarch – 200 g cream cheese full fat, room temperature – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 large egg room temperature BROWNIE – 125 g butter – 125 g dark chocolate chip – 125 g brown sugar – 100 g granulated sugar – 2 large eggs room temperature – 2 teaspoon vanilla extract – 150 g all-purpose flour – 2 tablespoon cocoa powder – ¼ teaspoon salt – 7 Oreo cookies crushed into different size piece – 5 Oreo cookies broken into small and medium piece


CHEESECAKE FILLING Start by preheating the oven to 160ºC/325ºF. Cover a 20x20 cm (8x8 in) pan. Mix cornstarch and sugar.  

Step 1


Hand mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth. Incorporate egg and vanilla until smooth. Leave it aside while making brownie batter.  

Step 2

BROWNIE BATTER Stir melted butter and chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Brown and granulated sugar in a bowl. Whisk melted butter and chocolate by hand.  

Step 3

Blend each egg. Stir the brownie for 1-2 minutes after integration to create a crinkle top. Whipping it makes a smooth batter. Whisk in vanilla.  

Step 4

Gently stir flour, cocoa powder, and salt into batter. Split 7 Oreos. Use a spatula to gently mix them into brownie batter.  

Step 5

Put ¾ of the brownie batter in the pan and smooth with a spatula. Smooth cheesecake batter over brownie.   

Step 6

Spread the remaining brownie batter over the cheesecake batter and swirl with a toothpick. Add 5 more broken Oreos to finish the cake.  

Step 7

Bake 50-55 minutes. After baking, chill it on a wire rack at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 1 hour or more before serving.
