Nutella Cookies Recipe

Cookies packed with nutty Nutella and melty chocolate chips are chewy and fudgy. Making nutella cookies with cupboard goods is simple. These luscious chocolate hazelnut cookies will become your favorite.

-1¾ cup all purpose flour -1 teaspoon cornstarch -¾ teaspoon baking soda -½ teaspoon salt -½ cup unsalted butter -½ cup light brown sugar -½ cup granulated sugar -½ cup Nutella -1 large egg, -2 teaspoons vanilla extract -1 cup chocolate chips

In another large basin, mix butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar on medium speed for 1–2 minutes. Combine egg, egg yolk, vanilla, and smooth peanut butter on low.

This takes 3–4 minutes at medium speed.  Add the egg and vanilla extract on low and mix well. Mix dry and wet ingredients just until mixed. I recommend doing this with ½ of the dry ingredients.

Scoop cookie dough into 2 tablespoon (30 ml) balls. Place Nutella dough balls on a prepared baking sheet or big platter. Wrap the cookies in plastic and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 F (190 C) 30 minutes before baking cookies. Parchment two big baking sheets.  After baking, reshape cookies with a biscuit or cookie cutter slightly broader than the cookie.

Place cookies with their edges inside the cookie/biscuit cutter. Gently push the edges back into a round.
