Peanut Butter And Jelly Cookies

Peanut butter and jelly biscuits with strawberry jam are crunchy sugar-coated. After baking, add jelly, PB, and chopped peanuts to these rapid peanut butter jelly cookies. Cookie-based peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. 

-1½ cups all purpose flour -½ teaspoon baking powder -½ teaspoon baking soda -¼ teaspoon salt -½ cup unsalted butter -½ cup sugar -½ cup light brown sugar -1 cup creamy peanut butter

INGREDIENTS

-1 large egg, room temperature -2 teaspoons vanilla extract -¼ cup granulated sugar -½ - 1 cup strawberry jelly -¼ cup creamy peanut butter -¼ cup peanuts, 

Mix flour, baking powder, soda, and salt in a bowl. Save now. Mix butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl the paddle attachment until smooth.

INSTRUCTIONS

This takes 2–3 medium-paced minutes. Mix peanut butter on medium speed for 1 minute. Smoothly mix egg and vanilla on low. Add dry ingredients to wet until barely combined.

Wrap the cookies in plastic and chill 30–60 minutes while the oven heats. Chilling lowers cookie spread but is optional.   Form pb cookie dough balls with a medium cookie scoop

Roll sugared cookie dough balls and place them 3 inches (8 cm) apart on the lined baking sheet. Some will spread.

Bake cookies for 14–15 minutes at 350 F (177 C) until edges are hard and cracks develop. Spread melted peanut butter on top and

Sprinkle chopped peanuts as they cool for the best peanut butter and jelly cookies.  Enjoy after cooling on a rack to room temperature!
