Raspberry And White Chocolate Blondies Recipe

Raspberry and white chocolate fans will appreciate these fudgy, delectable blondies. These delicious white chocolate raspberry blondies are loaded with raspberries and white chocolate!  

– 110 g butter – 150 g granulated sugar – 50 g brown sugar – 2 teaspoon vanilla extract – 2 large egg room temperature – 165 g all-purpose flour – ¼ teaspoon salt – 120 g raspberries fresh or frozen + ½ teaspoon all-purpose flour – 100 g white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate


Start by preheating the oven to 175ºC / 350ºF. Parchment a 20x20 centimeter square baking pan. Roughly cut white chocolate.  

Step 1


Mix the melted butter in a bowl. Put brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla in. Stir with a hand whisk for 30–60 seconds.  

Step 2

Mix each egg until blended. To get the crinkle top, whisk them for 1-2 minutes after incorporation. It will also form a smooth batter when whisked enough.  

Step 3

Mix flour and salt in a separate basin. Add it to the wet batter and gently stir until just incorporated.  

Step 4

Mix raspberries with ½ teaspoon of flour. Use a rubber spatula to gently mix chopped white chocolate and raspberries into the batter.  

Step 5

Spread the batter in your baking pan with a spatula. Bake 30-35 minutes. Let it cool entirely on a wire rack after baking.
